Travel Technology provider CodeGen will showcase several new next-generation travel technology developments at World Travel Market (WTM) 2015, including innovations being shown for the first time in the UK.

TravelBox Surf and TravelBox Review Spotter are available for demonstrations. The two new solutions are designed to work seamlessly with CodeGen’s TravelBox technology platform.

TravelBox Surf is the next generation online platform and complements the popular TravelBox technology that already supports some of the most complex booking processes in the global travel industry. TravelBox Surf is a multi-device responsive web platform that incorporates personalisation, intelligent search capability and additional post-booking functionality.

TravelBox Review Spotter is a new technology tool that utilises and maximises the full potential of customer feedback. As well as offering user-customisable templates for review input and display, it can also integrate reviews across all channels, provide intelligent reporting for valuable insights, and understand the positive or negative reaction to products that enables companies to react or adapt to market forces. TravelBox Review Spotter also boasts the highly clever ability to provide ontology-based semantic analysis of customer feedback.
