After what has been a difficult 2 years for the industry, travel companies are getting back on their feet and seeking new travel software solutions that can help them automate and diversify revenue streams. CodeGen was excited to return to the Arabian Travel Market 2022, and with over 30,000 visitors attending from around the globe, it did not disappoint.
With representatives on-stand from our UK and Sri Lankan offices, CodeGen met with more than 200 visitors over the 4 days, showcasing our flagship product TravelBox along with our AI product framework for personalisation, recommendation, destination information and automated agents.
New to the TravelBox suite of optional upgrades this year was our DMC Servicing platform for fleet management and resource allocation that helps destination management companies and ground handlers manage vehicles, guides and more. Also available as a stand-alone platform, it can integrate with any reservation system seamlessly.
The overall attendance and buzz at the ATM 2022 reflected the industry’s resilience and perseverance after some difficult times, not to mention the overwhelming desire to get back to business as usual. CodeGen has many important partners in the region, including tour operators, DMCs and theme parks, so the chance to meet them in person, as well as chat with key suppliers and potentially new prospects, was long overdue.
