Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage initiatives focused on employee health, safety, and overall welfare. This could include wellness programs, mental health support, work-life balance initiatives, and ergonomic considerations.

Develop and execute strategies to foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture. This involves organizing impactful employee events (e.g., team building, annual celebrations, CSR activities, recognition programs) and facilitating open communication channels.

Ensure new hires feel welcome, supported, and integrated from day one by contributing to a comprehensive and effective onboarding program.

Proactively gather employee feedback through various channels to identify areas for improvement in engagement and well-being initiatives.

Provide essential support for seamless HR operations.

Pre - Requisites

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of progressive experience demonstrating a strong flair for designing, handling, coordinating, engaging and memorable events.

Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and Sri Lankan labor laws, particularly those related to employee well-being and safety.

Exceptional empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute successful employee-focused programs and events.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for supporting people and creating a positive work environment.
