Responsibilities Bridge the communication gap between the customer and the development team. Produce professional-grade documents and presentations. Travel internationally to conduct product demonstrations for Business Analysis and Gap Analysis activities. Conduct comprehensive on-site and in-house training sessions. You won't just manage campaigns; you will be the driving force behind CodeGen's brand visibility and lead generation, working closely with the sales, design, and management teams to translate marketing strategy into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, creatives, and conversion goals Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and campaign retargeting Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate relevant and high-quality leads Manage CodeGen's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels Develop and maintain monthly social media and content calendars Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including promotional posts, educational content, customer stories, videos, reels, and campaign materials Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and audience engagement Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital platforms Develop marketing copy for advertisements, social media posts, websites, brochures, email campaigns, and other promotional materials Coordinate the creation of graphics, videos, photography, testimonials, and customer success stories Work with internal teams, designers, agencies, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing content Support the development of educational content about CodeGen's products, services, and technology solutions Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, exhibitions, events, and partnership campaigns Support the creation of printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and corporate presentations Coordinate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to support business development activities Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities Assist with public relations, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and corporate communication activities Maintain relationships with media partners, advertising platforms, suppliers, agencies, and other external stakeholders Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance presentations for management Manage marketing budgets, quotations, invoices, and supplier coordination when required

We're looking for a proactive, delivery-focused, and agile Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale software projects in a fast-paced environment. You won't just track tasks; you will be the driving force behind high-performance engineering squads, navigating complexities, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless delivery. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and global enterprise clients to translate vision into robust, high-quality, and scalable production software. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end software execution using modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), tailoring processes to optimize sprint velocity and team health. Partner closely with Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and QA teams to translate complex system designs and client requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps. Manage comprehensive project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and budgeting to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time. Proactively identify, mitigate, and unblock project risks and engineering bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines. Coordinate effectively with internal product teams, business leaders, and global travel clients across different time zones to manage expectations and ensure alignment. Foster continuous process improvement through data-driven decision-making, leveraging delivery metrics to scale operations. Mentor, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence. Work closely with the Program Management hub to establish and streamline project management processes within the organization, driving consistency, governance, and delivery excellence across teams. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Management). 03 – 05 years of experience successfully managing medium to large-scale enterprise software development projects. Deep understanding of the SDLC and hands-on experience running Agile delivery teams. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous. Comfortable working alongside deeply technical teams and understanding the nuances of scalable, distributed, or cloud-native system deliveries. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead confidently under pressure. Adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving, high-growth technology environment.
