CodeGen introduced its globally acclaimed flagship travel technology TravelBox, to digitalise and transform the resort and theme park business strategy of Farah Experiences.
“Farah Experiences, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Miral Asset Management, established in 2008 in the United Arab Emirates. Farah Experiences is the leading operator of world-class theme parks including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, YAS Waterworld, and Warner Bros. World TM Abu Dhabi.”
Challenge
The core business requirements were to establish an end-to-end reservation and fulfilment platform that supports a fully responsive B2C web experience. They needed the ability to scale the solution economically using robust infrastructure like Oracle Cloud across eight of their sub brands enabling advanced packaging, cross selling and upselling. The ability to represent each brand on each of the B2C/B2B interfaces was a key factor for the transition.
Solution
With TravelBox, the Company launched its fully responsive B2C web experience with Parks & Resorts Packages. The Experience Hub was launched to enable a seamless customer experience with a destination one-stop shop. This digital transformation enabled Farah Experiences to enhance its packaging capability across several different sub-brands
Benefits
The company were able to facilitate its visitor base and strengthen the B2B booking flows by enabling a secure, Oracle Cloud-hosted real-time fully integrated booking experience for agents and visitors to search and book packages online. Advanced packaging enabled upgrade options considering the number of nights searched and tickets booked etc. where B2B agents can search and sell while allowing suppliers to amend rates via an extranet.
CodeGen’s white labelling capability was vital in ensuring the seamless integration of this unified technology across all brands making the solution easily scalable. Farah was able to tap into new markets by opening inventory to OTAs, which will be further enhanced as a new business model.
