Project Manager – Madhuka Wijayasiri

One of the best things about CodeGen is the opportunities the company provides for its employees to grow by taking up responsibilities and showcasing one’s capabilities. I joined CodeGen as a Trainee Project Coordinator and had the opportunity to work in a project serving one of the largest blue-chip companies in the world. The exposure and experience, along with the trust the seniors placed in me, was encouraging. The comfortable environment, the teams we work with, and ground-breaking success we achieve together is phenomenal. 

 Within a short period, I was promoted as a Project Manager and was entrusted with the responsibility of the same project in which I started as a trainee. Throughout these years, I have seen many of my colleagues in various disciplines, progress in their careers, making use of the full potential they have to offer. The opportunity to gain knowledge via cross-functional exposure and multi-industry exposure is something unique about CodeGen. It is an excellent place for one to explore, learn and develop with one’s own merits and drive.
