We're looking for a proactive, delivery-focused, and agile Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale software projects in a fast-paced environment. You won't just track tasks; you will be the driving force behind high-performance engineering squads, navigating complexities, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless delivery. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and global enterprise clients to translate vision into robust, high-quality, and scalable production software. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end software execution using modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), tailoring processes to optimize sprint velocity and team health. Partner closely with Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and QA teams to translate complex system designs and client requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps. Manage comprehensive project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and budgeting to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time. Proactively identify, mitigate, and unblock project risks and engineering bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines. Coordinate effectively with internal product teams, business leaders, and global travel clients across different time zones to manage expectations and ensure alignment. Foster continuous process improvement through data-driven decision-making, leveraging delivery metrics to scale operations. Mentor, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence. Work closely with the Program Management hub to establish and streamline project management processes within the organization, driving consistency, governance, and delivery excellence across teams. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Management). 03 – 05 years of experience successfully managing medium to large-scale enterprise software development projects. Deep understanding of the SDLC and hands-on experience running Agile delivery teams. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous. Comfortable working alongside deeply technical teams and understanding the nuances of scalable, distributed, or cloud-native system deliveries. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead confidently under pressure.
