Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
Design and implement configuration management and reporting functions.

Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency and scalability of the environment.
Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
Hands on Experience in Windows Server/Client Management, Windows patching and updates services.
Hands on experience in server hardware Dell, HPE.
Willing to provide support after work and during weekends.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area.
Professional certifications in Windows.
Qualified in Red Hat RHCSA and RHCE.
2 years experience in the similar capacity.
In-depth Knowledge in Windows Server/Client Operating Systems.
Experience in virtualized environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
Must be a team player.
