Supporting the development of new products and improving the development of existing products
Assist in new product introduction and release activities
Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
Analyzing and documenting the product development process
Leading internal and external audits of the products
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics
Developing and sustaining customer relationships
Resolving customer issues
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Marketing or Business Management background
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Commercial awareness and an understanding of the travel industry
Business background on travel domain and products would be an added advantage
Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills swiftly
Ability to work in teams with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent Communication skills
Computer Literate
Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
