What We Are Looking For In You?

Responsibilities

Lead the information security compliance audits

Monitor security violations, compromised controls and security threats

Monitor risk related to the organization information assets

Fulfill the regulatory, compliance and contractual requirements applicable to the organization

Involve with IT staff in understanding and responding to security requirements and controls

Address weaknesses in common software, web applications and proprietary systems

Maintain security documentation and manuals

Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents

Analyze customer requirements and provide objective advice on the implementation of IT security requirements

Ensure proper design, development and delivery of security technologies

Work closely with business stakeholders and their representatives to ensure appropriate risk management, mitigation and/or elimination process across the organization

Perform related duties as assigned

Pre - Requisites

4+ years of progressive experience in information security governance, risk & compliance

Familiarity with information security standards and frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2 and ISO 27001

Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls

Excellent verbal and written communications skills including experience of working with all levels of the business stakeholders

Knowledge of Industry Standard Security Products

Demonstrated experience in conducting Risk Assessments for Vendors, Internal and External stakeholders

Understanding on software development and application security technologies

Experience in project management would be an advantage

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security or a related field

Professional security certification/s such as ISO 27001 LA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or any other related certifications

Ability to work with set procedures as well as come up with own innovative ideas to make a strong impact

Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently

Flexibility and adaptability on changing business priorities

Willingness to undertake ownership and responsibilities

Prior experience in business process improvement would be an added advantage
