As a chartered accountant you'll give advice, audit accounts and provide trustworthy information about financial records to the Senior Management. This involves financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, implementing accounting systems and processes. Working strategically, your aim is to maximise profitability on behalf of the organization.
Implement accounting systems and processes
Manage financial systems and budgets
Undertake financial audits
Provide financial advice to the senior management
Review the company's systems and analyse risks
Perform tests to check financial information and systems
Advise the management on tax planning and tax issues
Maintain accounting records, prepare accounts and management information of all the companies
Manage junior colleagues
Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
Produce reports and recommendations following audits
Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
Ensure compliance with state revenue service
Negotiate terms with suppliers
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Certified and accredited with relevant statutory body and/or association
Minimum of 3 Years’ post article experience relevant experience with stable work track record
Highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices
Experience in providing financial advice
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Excellent Presentation/Report writing Skills
Financial Modeling Capabilities
The ability to research, analyse and evaluate
Strong numerical ability and quantitative skills
