Certain bottlenecks you as a travel agent face in the current age are those that you didn’t face back in the day – even as recently as 2019. 

I remember joining CodeGen six years ago as a fresh graduate from SLIIT. I had zero experience in the industry at that time and was really looking forward to what CodeGen had to offer. When I look back, CodeGen has helped me hone my skills and molded me into what I am today.

After my studies at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU), I started my journey with the CodeGen family around four and a half years ago as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Today, I share my project management skills with teams and work as an Associate Project Manager.

During the past 15 years, I have grown exponentially personally as well as professionally. So it is safe to say that CodeGen is like my second home, where I have been blessed to meet my mentors and leaders for life.

I was a fresh graduate from the University of Jayawardenepura with just theoretical knowledge with no industry experience.
